Not authenticated error when out of budget

从 src/Cockpit/Features/Models/ModelFeature.cs 第 48 行开始，跟踪 AuthCheckFeature 重启客户端后 models.list 的失败。比较超出预算的企业账户行为与个人账户成功登录的情况；当产生的错误准确反映身份验证状态或预算状态，并覆盖客户端恢复路径时，即完成。

Im out of budget, and i now get the error this error loading my application that uses the SDK -

Im out of budget on my enterprise account i get the above error.
I signed out and then into my personal account, it loads without an issue.

Im unable to add budget to my enterprise account to prove that the Not authenticated error is misleading/ wrong.
But I did sign back into my enterprise account still get the same error
