Additional notes for reviewers
The plugin source and installable package remain hosted in microsoft/mobile-use. This submission pins the merged repository-preparation commit from https://github.com/microsoft/mobile-use/pull/16.
The plugin directory includes its bundled local stdio MCP server and complete dependency license notices, so installation from the pinned Git snapshot does not require an npm install or build. Version-pinned license and provenance audit records remain in the source repository under third_party/npm-licenses.
Support is Windows-only and experimental. Host prerequisites are Node.js 22.2+ and Android Platform-Tools; the target must be an explicitly selected real Android 11+ device. The plugin does not install these prerequisites or pair devices automatically. Device observation/control requires user authorization.
A basic real-device USB smoke test has been completed. Paired-wireless hardware acceptance remains unverified. This plugin does not contain a canvas extension.
