The bug is that the canvas in flight-map-canvas stays at 0×0 when the page loads while its panel is hidden. The payload names no source files, so start from the flight-map-canvas component and its resize handling. Pull request #5094 is already open against this issue and the reporter says they are working on it, so check that PR before starting. Done means the canvas sizes correctly after the panel is shown.

After a recent update of the GitHub Copilot app, when flight-map-canvas loads the page while its panel is still hidden, making the window size 0, the canvas is stuck at 0×0.
