Description
Hi GitHub Security Curation Team,
I am the security researcher who discovered and reported the critical vulnerability in ZoneMinder. The security advisory has been successfully published under GHSA-wgcm-2239-xjqc.
The repository maintainer (@connortechnology) requested a CVE for this advisory via the GitHub CNA flow back on July 22, 2026. However, the CVE status is still pending/reserved.
Since the advisory is already public and the issue has been patched, could you please manually trigger or accelerate the CVE generation and sync it with MITRE/NVD?
