When collecting request data, the URL query string collection policy could also be applied to the query string in the Referer HTTP header.

I haven't yet tried to make this work, but it seems possible, as the data collection policy is available to the HttpHeaderCollector, and the Referer header could be processed by the HttpUrlCollector?
