Patchwork sees cover letter as patch if it contains an --interdiff

To reproduce:
git format-patch --cover-letter --interdiff=some-feature/v1 -v2 -o foo-v2 somerangehere- feed into patchwork

Suggested remedy is to either ignore diffs in cover letters or ignore diffs containing the word Interdiff in the previous line.
