Links to cover letters should be more obvious

首先打开 Patchwork 系列列表 URL，并将其与已链接的 cover letter 消息 URL 进行比较。跟踪系列页面如何呈现其补丁，并确定在不需要其消息编号的情况下可以在哪里包含 cover letter。完成标准是系列显示直接链接到其 cover letter，或直接显示该 cover letter。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。

Patch series are typically sent with cover letters, e.g.:

Patchwork as installed on https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/ can show the patches of a series, e.g.
https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/uboot/list/?series=270325&state=%2A&archive=both
But it is not possible to display the cover-letter without knowledege of the message number of the email.
Please, add the cover-letter to the display of a patch series.
