描述
We need a series mbox download button visible when I view a series rather than just on the individual patch pages.
This is contrary to the approach of treating "viewing a series" as merely "applying a series ID filter over the list of all patches", but this needs to happen somehow - it's so unintuitive to have to click an individual patch to get a full series mbox that I somehow managed to forget it was there.
