从用户个人资料页面及其现有的维护或参与贡献的项目列表开始。跟踪项目链接的渲染方式，以及 submitter=ID 查询的形成方式。完成标准是：参与贡献的项目也会提供按该用户提交的补丁进行筛选的链接；issue 中未指定任何测试或文件路径。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
描述
Currently there is list of projects, which user maintains or has contributed to. It'd be useful to show also links with 'submitter=ID' of projects user has contributed to.
