Clicking on a series discards state filter

描述
- Go to http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/linuxppc-dev/list/?series=6212&state=*
- one patch is displayed and there is no state filter
- click on the series link
- notice that there are now no patches displayed and the state filter is 'Action Required'. To display the patch again, you need to remove the series filter again.
Clicking on the series link should not reset the state filter.
