Make line numbers in diffs clickable anchors

评估

首先定位 diff 视图以及渲染其行号的代码。检查每个 hunk 的两侧是如何表示的，然后验证行号是否显示为带有锚点的链接，这些锚点在多文件 diff 中指向所请求的原始行或新行。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。

It would be nice if the diff view showed line numbers, and if they were also anchors, so you could share a link to a particular line of a diff.

This is possible on github, eg. the following link:

Takes you to line 372 of the left side (original) of a particular hunk of the multi-file diff.

And this link takes you to line 381 on the right side (new) of another hunk:
