从 OGCFeat Probe Python 代码和 OWSLib==0.20.0 的依赖固定版本开始。针对 pygeoapi demo URL 重现失败，然后调查 OWSLib 0.26.0 以及针对早期 OGC API 版本的现有变通方案。当 Full drilldown test 报告 success=True 且不破坏之前的 OGC API 行为时，即表示完成。

OGCFeat Drilldown Probe (Full) gives error with OGCRec Provider - think OWSLib outdated
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g.:
- create an OGCFeat Resource for pygeoapi demo: https://demo.pygeoapi.io/master
- in Edit, add OGC API Features (OAFeat) Drilldown Probe
- edit that probe, set Probe var 'drilldown_level` to 'Full'
- save and press Test button
- observe result: success is 'False'

expected result as success is True

Seems to come from OWSLib, possible the version is outdated?
Version:
OWSLib==0.20.0
OWSlib is now at 0.26.0 with OGC API - Records 1.0
https://geopython.github.io/OWSLib/usage.html#ogc-api-records-1-0 - support.
But simply increasing the version number has challenges because of existing work-arounds in the OGCFeat Probe Python code for early OGC API versions.
