Start with the /security:analyze entry point and review benchmark work from #30 to determine how a codebase knowledge index would be evaluated. Done means defining a concrete way to create the index and showing benchmark results for false-positive reduction, with its relevance to threat modeling and attack scenarios tracked alongside #62.

If we somehow had some sort of "wiki" representation of the code, this contextualization can help:
- Improve analysis results and reduce false positives in
/security:analyze - Serve as the basis of a threat model or attack scenarios
Steps:
- Magically create a "knowledge index" about the codebase
- Run benchmarks (possibly from #30) to see if it helps reduce false positives
Next steps would be to see how it can contribute to "threat modeling" efforts and also attack scenarios (#62)
