Consider Jet instead of go-gorm

描述
We don't really need a full-blown ORM here.
go-gorm may be too heavyweight perfomance-wise as a query generator and also too type-unsafe.
Considerations:
- Jet lacks pgx support: https://github.com/go-jet/jet/issues/381
- Check whether using Jet requires to use mattn go-sqlite3 or can work with modernc.org driver.
