Crash in iOS 8 when remove a view from UIStackView

使用包含三个按钮的 storyboard UIStackView，在 iOS 8 模拟器中重现该报告，然后从 FDStackView.updateConstraints 经过 FDStackViewLayoutArrangement 追踪到 FDStackViewDistributionLayoutArrangement。检查 resetFillEffect、resetAllConstraints 和 updateCanvasConnectionConstraintsIfNecessary；完成的标准是，在 iOS 8 上移除一个按钮时不再在布局过程中崩溃，同时 iOS 9 的行为不受影响。

状况如下：

1. iOS 8 模拟器
2. StoryBoard 布局好了，一个StackView上有3个等长Button
3. 在ViewController viewDidLoad/viewDidAppear 时，将一个按钮 removeFromSuperView
   崩溃~
   iOS 9下没问题~
