Describe the bug

Code Builder was working normally in my Salesforce sandbox yesterday. This morning, when I tried to launch Code Builder as usual, the workspace stayed in a loading state for about 10 minutes and then displayed an error message. Since then, the issue persists and the Launch button is disabled with the message “Can’t load the workspace.”

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to Salesforce Sandbox
2. Navigate to Code Builder Dashboard
3. Click Launch Code Builder
4. Wait for the workspace to load
5. Observe the error message: “Can’t load the workspace” and the disabled Launch button

Expected behavior

Code Builder should load the workspace successfully and open the IDE in a new tab.
