What
Wrap the morphir-host component for Python with wasmtime-py. wasmtime-py has no component model async today, so drive morphir:host-sync with an asyncio loop and a subprocess Channel. Move to morphir:host when wasmtime-py supports async (bytecodealliance/wasmtime#13705).
