Allow changing blind command in venetian mode

首先跟踪百叶窗模式如何处理 dim 命令，以及如何解释 eventMap dim:positionBlinds。复现 issue 中描述的 FIbaro FGRM-222 设置，然后验证百叶窗的移动使用 positionBlinds，而叶片的移动继续使用 positionSlat。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
描述
If you are using a FIbaro FGRM-222 in venetian blind mode, then I have to use
ASC_SlatPosCmd_SlatDevice: positionSlat
But then we should better use "set xyz positionBlinds" instead of the dim command.
Blinds cmd: positionBlinds
Slats cmd: positionSlat
I've tried to fix it using the following eventMap without success:
