Describe the feature:
As a user, I want to be able to see a story from one project and clone it but into another project. There should be a select showing the current active projects and its subprojects.
Problem:
Currently, when we clone a story, the new story is added in the current project. Being able to clone a story picking a different project for the new story makes the feature more useful.
