Start with render_skill and parse_skill_file in sentient/skills/loader.py, then check the skill prompts in sentient/evolution/prompts.py and the editor in desktop/src/features/skills/SkillEditor.tsx. The issue does not define the exact section headings or whether existing skills must gain the new sections, so confirm that with maintainers first. Done means new skills are generated with all six sections, existing skills still load, and tests cover parsing.

描述
Skills are easier to review and verify when they follow a fixed shape. Grok Bot's skill template has these fields.
Idea: Every new skill states: when to use it, required inputs and access, steps, how to validate, what to return, and what needs approval. The approval field feeds the rules engine, and the validation field makes SKILL-2 possible.
Status in Sentient today: Partial. Skills have front matter and a body, but no required fields.
Where: render_skill and parse_skill_file in sentient/skills/loader.py, prompts in sentient/evolution/prompts.py, and the editor in desktop/src/features/skills/SkillEditor.tsx.
Done when:
- new skills are created with all six sections
- existing skills still load
- tests cover parsing
