Start with the memory section of sentient/config/schema.py to see how settings are declared, then read the save path in sentient/memory/facts.py and the memory tool in sentient/tools/builtin/memory_tool.py. The issue asks for a per-category opt-in list and a classifier check at save time, so the category names and the classifier prompt belong in sentient/memory/prompts.py. Done when a health fact is dropped under default settings, saved after the category is enabled, and tested with FakeProvider for the classifier.

描述
Claude keeps health-type topics out of memory unless the user enables them. People are more comfortable with memory when sensitive details are opt-in.
Idea: Health, finances, sexuality, religion and similar categories are not saved as memories unless the user enables them per category in Settings. Classification can be a fast-role check at save time.
Status in Sentient today: New.
Where: A category list in the memory section of sentient/config/schema.py, a check in sentient/memory/facts.py (and the memory tool in sentient/tools/builtin/memory_tool.py), prompts in sentient/memory/prompts.py.
Done when:
- a health fact is not saved with the default settings and is saved once the category is enabled
