Steps to reproduce:

- Select "X" and click on InlineCode button (with "<>" icon)
- Select "E X a" and click on InlineCode button
- Select "D E X a b" and click on InlineCode button
And so on...
Expected behavior:
One <code> element instead of nested <code> elements
