Describe the feature
Currently CacheOptions only supports in terms of size, the amount of elements in the cache map (i.e. setMaxSize). I think it would be nice, if there would be an option for maxEntrySize (in bytes) that checks whether the origin's response exceeds the limit, if so caching should be skipped.
