描述
The Docker images always send Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * and
allow all methods:
Expected behavior: Operators can restrict which origins may call
the API, as with other server options (API_BASE_PATH, ...).
Actual behavior: The origin is hard-coded to *; changing it
needs a custom image.
Environment: develop @ 2773ac06, all three server images.
Possible fix: Read the origin from an env variable (e.g.
CORS_ALLOW_ORIGIN, default * to keep the current behavior) and
document it in the server README next to the other options.
