Description
Hey, I was poking around Gordon and asked it about Premium Support. The response was actually pretty good and accurate. One thing I noticed though: when a customer asks about Premium Support they're probably either close to buying or trying to understand what they have. Gordon answers the question well but then just kind of stops. A simple offer to connect them with someone in sales or a direct link would turn that moment into an actual next step.
Is that kind of routing something Gordon can do? Would love to know who the right person is to explore it.
