Start by reading the example that currently uses comments to describe the issuer build process. Trace how the template and hash are represented, then make the example generate the template file and hash locally, load the local template, and check its hash.

This can probably do a better job of showing the full process vs. using comments to explain where an issuer would use a build process to construct the template, etc. It would also show loading of the template file (even if its from a local file here) and checking the hash.
