Start by reading the bundle plan command and its output handling, then trace how the -o json option serializes planned resource states. Identify where unchanged states are included; the requested behavior is an option that prints only changed states and works both with and without -o. Done means the output omits unchanged state details in both modes.

描述
Currently, the only way to see what will be changed after bundle plan is executed is to include -o json as an argument. However, the output can be extremely large when there are large number of resources. All unchanged state details are printed out into the output as well.
I would like to request for an option which outputs only changed states (both usable with or without -o argument)
