The report links a rigctld -vvvv -Z trace from an Icom IC-910 and points to the earlier IC-9700 Doppler fix in gpredict issue #181, so start by comparing those two. Work out whether the Doppler correction goes wrong in gpredict's rig-control code or in Hamlib's IC-910 backend, which the issue itself leaves open. Done means a reproduction on that radio and a clear owner for the fix, either a gpredict change or a note to the Hamlib project.

I read that this was apparently fixed for the IC-9700 but apparently it hasn't for the IC-910?
