What happened?
Description
After a recent commit (not sure which one, I'm on 4d5bbd29 currenlty) I observe that, on entry edit pages, a vertical scrollbar appears (~9px of scroll range) even though all content fits in the window.
Steps to reproduce
- Open any entry's edit page in a large browser window where the content (or the specific tab content) doesn't need the scroll to fit.
Expected behavior
No vertical scrollbar when the content fits in the window.
Actual behavior
The page has a vertical scrollbar with ~9px of empty scroll range. Claude says that "the --cp-details-end-gap value on .page-screen is 0px when this happens (it is 9px on a page without the problem)." but in my tests all entry edit forms have the same problem so I can't confirm that.
