Sub-issue of #284 (theme), part 3 of 5. Depends on part 1 (https://github.com/control-toolbox/OptimalControlProblems.jl/issues/368).

Scope

  • ordering = :interleaved (default, CTDirect's order) or :blocks (all states, then all controls, then the variable; constraints grouped by kind), stored in model[:ordering].
  • The permutation between both orders is known, so that the equivalence tests (part 4) stay exact for both.

Done when

  • Both orderings for every JuMP problem and scheme; model[:ordering] checked by the contract tests.
