The API bundle now keeps a CHANGELOG.md, with one short line per change linking its PR or commit, starting from 2.0.0-alpha.2. When a tag is pushed, a workflow publishes that tag's changelog section as the GitHub release notes, and the release fails if the section is missing.
Docs impact: low. An install or upgrade page could link the bundle's changelog and GitHub releases, alongside the Nuxt module's.
