Grafana-agent down in dashboard status

从 Helm 安装命令、提供的 values.yaml 以及 Grafana Agent 和 Grafana pod 日志开始。跟踪 Prometheus remote-write 错误和缺失的 /tmp/dashboards 路径，然后确认已部署的 dashboard 报告 agent 为 up，且不再出现这些重复错误。
