ClaudeCodeAdd with default keybinding fails on filepaths that contain spaces
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start Claude Code integration with a path containing spaces
- Run command 'ClaudeCodeAdd %'
- See error Too many arguments
Expected Behavior
Default command should handle paths with spaces.
