bad order (place) if is used hooks

使用显示的辅助钩子，通过 npx codeceptjs run --steps 以及不带 --steps 的相同命令重现该报告。比较 _beforeSuite、_beforeStep、_before、_passed 和 _failed 在控制台中的顺序；完成的标准是 passed 钩子的输出出现在成功状态之前，同时其他钩子的顺序保持正确。

I try create file with helper, thats contains:

I mean, console.logs used in hooks, must be visible before features and scenario in console. And _failed() working correctly, but _passed() is not...
