Deleted Accounts Can Update DB Data for Other Accounts

描述
Preconditions:
User must be logged in on two devices with the same account.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Delete the account using the first device;
- On the second device complete or edit the "Date indentitate" form from "Setari cont" page
Expected Results:
- Mobile user data is removed from DB;
- No action is taken and an error is displayed regarding the account deleted status or similar ("A aparut o eroare necunoscuta").
Actual Results:
- Mobile user data is removed from DB
- The saved data is applied to an already existing account that is not related to the deleted account.
Note:
There is a weird behaviour on "Cauta" page where some NGO as displayed as "Joined" even if this was false in the first place. DB is not affected in this case.
Suggestion:
Can we automatically log out deleted accounts from all devices?
