Add a `transpose` Java goody

首先找到 Java 工具和现有的 VirtualList 实现。将其 lazy backing 行为与提议的 transpose(matrix) API 进行比较，并使用 3×3 示例作为预期结果。当 API 返回转置视图，同时保留与原始数据之间所要求的 lazy 关系时，即表示完成。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
描述
I'm thinking it would be neat to make this "lazy", i.e. have it backed by the same data as the original.
A possible API:
int[][] matrix = {{1, 2, 3}, {4, 5, 6}, {7, 8, 9}};
List<List<Integer>> transposedMatrix = transpose(matrix);
System.out.println(transposedMatrix); // should print [[1, 4, 7], [2, 5, 8], [3, 6, 9]]
The implementation could use the VirtualList goody to achieve this effect.
