Issue
Long submissions (e.g. from MUnit Quest challenge) are not shut down by the compute worker after 20 minutes. The worker get stuck waiting for the scoring to actually finish, and send this log when trying to stop the container:

Enforce the limit: a threading.Timer force-removes the containers when time runs out. That ends the attach stream and unblocks client.wait, and start() then reports "Execution Time Limit exceeded" from a flag.

Stop blocking the loop: run the blocking docker calls (log iteration and wait) through asyncio.to_thread or run_in_executor. The event loop and the websocket keepalive then stay responsive.
