Done means a disabled Select rejects option selection while its popup is open, and onChange does not fire. Confirm the behaviour against the reproduction before relying on the PR.

If Select becomes disabled while its popup is open, the existing options can still change the selection and fire onChange. The control should reject user selection once it is disabled.
Reproduction
- Click Disable in 3 seconds, then open the Select.
- Wait for Disabled: true.
- Click Orange. The selection changes from Apple to Orange while the control remains disabled.
Recorded against @cloudscape-design/components 3.0.1408. Runnable reproduction includes the required styles and setup.

Tested in Chromium on macOS. The application toggles disabled; popup state is managed by the library.
