Start with the TimeInput component and read how it handles 12-hour mode. Check how users currently select a time in that mode and what options the component exposes. Done means users can select AM or PM when 24-hour mode is off.

Description
Could we please have the option to select AM/PM when not in 24 hour mode. Am I missing something but when in 24 hour mode everything is clear, however when in 12 hour mode we don't have the option to select anything regarding am/pm. So I believe this would be a huge improvement.
