从现有配置键如何解析、服务器/REPL 启动流程在哪里执行入手 —— issue 中把 hooks.clj 作为当前的变通方案引用，因此请阅读该示例，了解目前用户代码在哪里被调用。找到配置加载的入口点，添加一个类似 :init-fn 的键，它接收一个带命名空间限定的符号（qualified symbol），在启动时解析并调用一次，并与其他配置键一起记录文档。完成的标准是：在用户配置中设置该键后，REPL 启动时函数恰好运行一次，且 hooks.clj 的 uptime 示例可以移出 hooks 文件。

描述
While there are hooks and middleware and keybindings, those are not really the "right" place to put code that a user might want to execute as part of starting up a REPL.
For example, I like to define an uptime fn in the user ns, so I can quickly see how long I've had a particular REPL running. For now, I have this code in the existing hooks.clj example file but that feels "wrong".
Could you add a configuration key that takes a qualified symbol, which is executed once at server startup? Perhaps :init-fn or something similar.
