LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'mariadbclient.lib'

从 setup.py 开始，在 Windows 上重现 python setup.py build 和 python setup.py install 之间的差异。检查 mariadbclient.lib 附近的链接器配置；当安装命令成功完成，或所需的库设置已得到清晰记录时，即视为完成。

when I use this command :python setup.py build is ok.
but when I use command:python setup.py install is error.

how to solve it ? I search "mariadbclient.lib" in google , can't find this lib.
