To speed up building apps, we could probably prebuild Hermes and provide a tarball through HERMES_ENGINE_TARBALL_PATH (at least on iOS): https://github.com/facebook/react-native/blob/main/packages/react-native/sdks/hermes-engine/hermes-utils.rb#L9
Ideally we would setup CI infrastructure to help us do this automagically.
