描述
Since v2.0.0 node-gyp has been passing in a NODE_GYP_MODULE_NAME definition which node-gyp based projects (such as the Node.js js-native-api tests) might be depending on.
To support these, we could generate code to declare this when generating a CMakeLists.txt config from a binding.gyp.
