Start with the Caddyfile shipped in the repo and the souin-api and metrics configuration it sets up, then check how the handler routes requests under /souin-api/. Reproduce by running ./caddy run --config Caddyfile and requesting http://localhost:4443/souin-api/metrics to confirm the Hello world response. Done means the endpoint returns Prometheus-format metrics, or the docs and config are corrected to show what is required to enable it.

Hello, I am unable to retrieve Prometheus metrics from cache-handler.
Using the included Caddyfile in the repo I only get a Hello world response.
URL: http://localhost:4443/souin-api/metrics
