The end goal is to install bitops cli via:
brew install bitops-cli
According to https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/pull/138942/files, the minimum requirements for adding a new tool are the following:
30 forks, 30 watchers and 75 stars
Before that, we could download the binary (uploaded to this GH repo as artifact) via curl/wget or create a maintain a custom tap: https://github.com/Homebrew/brew/blob/master/docs/How-to-Create-and-Maintain-a-Tap.md, https://stackoverflow.com/a/46423275.
