Description
When the user publish an article by default the time is set 30 minutes after the current time in the server, to allow the administrator to review the article. If the admin didn't want to allow the article to be visible, he/she can set admin approval to false.
We should show the user in the list of articles, in the view article, and in the edit article page, a message that the administrator didn't approve the article.
