描述
Now the module does actually many things at once (parses env, matches against configuration). Maybe it would make sense just to let the library parse env? Ie. instead of parseEnv(process.env, tpl, conf), you would have parseEnv(process.env, tpl). That would return a structure with parsed results. After that you could perform a merge using some other tool.
