Description
Add a minEnvironments scaling setting for Lambda Web Function endpoints. With it, Lambda would keep at least that many execution environments initialized and ready to serve requests, even when there's no traffic. It would work like provisioned concurrency for Lambda Event Functions. You would set it alongside maxEnvironments in the endpoint's scaling configuration, and you could change it without creating a new revision, for example to scale up ahead of a planned traffic event.
