In @aws/agentcore v1.0.0-rc.4, agentcore add payment-manager --help displays:
--no-auto-payment automatically settle payment requests
The flag disables automatic settlement (autoPayment: false), so the description states the opposite of its behavior. This is also present on the current refactor branch and in its generated command reference.
Expected behavior
The help text should say that --no-auto-payment disables automatic payment settlement. Flag parsing and defaults should remain unchanged.
Reproduction
Run agentcore add payment-manager --help with v1.0.0-rc.4.
