Currently not all of the options supported by activate_cli in dart are supported in the Activate utility
Describe the solution you'd like
Enhance utility so that all the options / bells and whistles in activate_cli are supported.

Additional context
suggest waiting until #335 implemented plus the adoption of builder helpers
